Video Localization Specialist  @  Latinlingua LLC  /  2025 – Present

As a video localization specialist, I worked on video post-production deliverables including editing, subtitling, motion graphics, and UI screen recordings for global accounts including Canva, Patagonia and Zebra Technologies, ensuring seamless asset adaptation for diverse international audiences.

I also contributed to scale Latinlingua's UI screen recording production pipeline by recruiting, training, and supervising additional post-production professionals for projects that required UI screen recording of Canva's app interfaces with high-end technics, editing and motion graphics production, ensuring accurate adaptation of Canva Design School courses across multiple languages.

Audiovisual Team Supervisor  @  FEPESE  /  2025 – Present

Responsible for the video operations, delivering videos and animations for self-instructional distance learning courses, developed for the National Secretariat of Penal Policies (SENAPPEN/MJSP/BR).

This second project continues to support SENAPPEN's ongoing training initiatives on the “EaDuque-se” and Government Virtual School (EVG) platforms, building on previous experience leading the production team for similar courses.

Audiovisual Team Supervisor  @  FAPEU  /  2019 – 2024

As the supervisor of the audiovisual team, I led the production of videos and animations for 10 distance learning courses developed by UFSC for the National Secretariat for Drug Policies and Asset Management (SENAD) of the Ministry of Justice and Public Safety (MJSP/BR).

These courses collectively trained and certified over 35,000 professionals, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and skills in critical public safety areas. Over 600 hours of instructional content were produced, including 420 hours in Portuguese and 180 hours in Spanish, resulting in a total of 640 hours of online training material delivered. Each course ranged in duration from 20 to 80 hours, encompassing diverse audiovisual formats such as instructional videos, 2D animations, and motion graphics, all tailored to meet the strategic goals of government training programs.

Audiovisual Team Supervisor  @  FEESC  /  2022 – 2023

I was the supervisor of the team responsible for producing the videos and animations for 2 distance learning courses developed by UFSC for the National Secretariat for Social Assistance, part of the formely Ministry of Citizenship (2022). The project has been completed, training more than 6,000 professionals from the Unified Social Assistance System (Sistema Único de Assistência Social - SUAS), and achieved a positive retention rate of over 80% for the published audiovisual content.

I was the supervisor of the team responsible for producing videos and animations for self-instructional distance learning courses, in Portuguese and Spanish, developed by the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) for the National Secretariat of Penal Policies, part of the Ministry of Justice and Public Safety (SENAPPEN/MJSP/BR).

The courses are active and continuously offered by SENAPPEN's "EaDuque-se" platform. Previously (in 2021), I was the audiovisual production team coordinator for the "Amparo" course. Also in distance learning modality, it was developed and offered by UFSC for the formely National Secretariat for Women's Policy, part of the formely Ministry of Women, Family, and Human Rights (SNPM/MMFDH/BR), training 902 professionals.
